Nudity vs. Violence

So the ESRB has changed the rating on Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion because hidden in the source code is a half naked skin for the female characters. This game is set in a fantasy world where you can kill people in an Arena, join a "Dark Brotherhood" where you kill innocents with no questions asked, a thieves guild, and just generally go around killing things. So I guess my question is are we as a society more afraid of a pair of breasts than murder? Any way I'll let you judge. Images are NSFW.

It is also useful to note that you spend 99% of the game staring at the characters back or out of their eyes. There is one screen where you can see the nudity. The one shown above. It also requires a modification downloaded from the internet. Lets face it if a kid has access to the internet he has access to far worse than a pair of breasts... Am I the only one who finds the puritan attitudes in this country completely hypocritical and stupid?
